1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Beerless, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App purpose

Beerless is a Health & Fitness app for adults who want to drink less or stop. It includes a tracker, Night Map, craving tools, private reflections, a self-guided 28-day program, and supported pattern observations.

3. Not medical advice

Beerless is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, withdrawal management, crisis response, or emergency care. Seek qualified professional advice for medical questions and urgent care for severe or current withdrawal symptoms.

4. Safe use

• Do not use Beerless while driving or in another unsafe situation.
• Do not rely on Beerless to decide whether stopping alcohol is safe.
• Do not rely on Beerless for emergency or crisis support.
• No specific health, sobriety, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

5. Free features and Beerless Pro

Beerless includes free core tracking, Night Map, Craving Help, safety/support, one daily reflection, recent reflection history, and Days 1–3 of Clear Nights. Optional Pro may unlock Days 4–28, full journal history, adaptive recommendations, and supported pattern insights.

6. Billing, renewal, trials, and cancellation

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew automatically unless canceled in App Store subscription settings. Final price, tax, currency, trial eligibility, and availability are controlled by the App Store purchase sheet. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

7. Your entries

You are responsible for the information you enter. Keep your device secure and do not enter information you do not want stored locally.

8. Intellectual property

Beerless, Gus, the visual identity, app, website, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them except as permitted by law.

9. Availability and liability

Beerless is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed reminders, data loss, purchase-account issues controlled by Apple, or health outcomes.
